Hi, I’m Daphne. I’m looking for a new home because my current owner is moving soon and won’t be able to take me along due to space and time constraints. I’m a quiet, independent indoor cat who enjoys having my own space and a calm environment. I take gabapentin daily for possible hyperesthesia, and I do best with a routine. I’d probably be happiest in a home without small children, since I don’t like my tail, belly, or paws being touched, and I can get overstimulated. When visitors come over, I tend to hide until things feel safe again. I also need a good scratching post, as I like to keep my claws busy. If you’re patient and understanding, I’ll be a peaceful companion who simply enjoys sharing a quiet home with you.
