Kacey came to the shelter alongside her friend Miranda and is nervous and unsure of the world around her. New people and environments can be overwhelming for her, and she’ll need a patient, understanding home willing to give her plenty of time to build confidence and feel safe. One thing that does help Kacey feel more comfortable is being around other dogs — she truly loves them and seems to gain confidence from their presence. With gentle guidance, patience and lots of love, Kacey has the potential to slowly come out of her shell and learn what it means to feel secure and cared for.
